About The Role

The Hospital Administrator in Bunkie at our Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic management of the facility to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Minimum Qualifications

• LA State current RN license with no restrictions
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skill
