Healthcare Administration Intern

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to the advancement of the quality program within Oak Street Health, leading to improved health outcomes and admission prevention

• Provide education to clinic team members to improve quality performance, including quality compliance, quality exclusions, quality documentation, and recommended strategies to improve quality scores

• Create/maintain quality worklists for clinics to enable timely review of quality gaps and track progress

• Analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities per clinic/care team

• Review patient charts/records in EMR (electronic medical record) systems and upload documentation where applicable

• Other duties as assigned
