Delivery Consultant - Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Platform and Migrations, AWS Professional Services

Overview

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join the Cloud Platform and Migration team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage complex cloud infrastructure solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll drive customer success through their cloud migration and modernization journey, providing advanced technical expertise and architectural best practices throughout the project lifecycle. This is a customer-facing role and travel to customer locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Role context

The Cloud Platform and Migrations (CPaM) team drives AWS Professional Services' transformation and modernization initiatives through Foundations, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, Networking, and Security. We deliver innovative solutions leveraging generative AI while maintaining robust governance frameworks. Our team focuses on migrations, modernization, and cloud foundations to create standardized, repeatable solutions that scale globally. We measure success through customer satisfaction, deployment efficiency, and the ability to build sustainable, secure cloud environments that exceed customer expectations.
