What You’ll Do

• Strategic Solutioning : Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOW) to drive business growth.
• Client Strategy & Engagement : Identify and assess client needs and opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor—communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cloud Architecture & Delivery : Design, build, and automate cost-effective, resilient, and secure cloud-based solutions.
• Migration & Modernization : Lead and support seamless application and infrastructure migrations to AWS, including experience with AWS MAP (Migration Acceleration Program) where applicable.
• Infrastructure & Automation : Manage AWS environments, implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and automate deployments using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Security & Compliance : Ensure cloud solutions meet relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards (DevSecOps, IAM, networking, etc.).
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current on trends, share best practices, and contribute to internal accelerators and offerings.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead engineering teams, guide architectural decisions, and support team development.
• Revenue Impact : Senior Principal hires will have a responsibility of $1.5M+.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary pay range for this role is $165,000 to $225,000 for Principal level and $190,000 to $258,000 for Senior Principal level, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, location, and other factors. The salary pay range is subject to change.
