Commercial Gas Engineer

We need an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm (with overtime optional). Travel time will be included with the role. The applicant will also be expected to work as part of the on-call rota (1 in 6) to carry out PPM and repairs to an industry standard.

Responsibilities

• To carry out routine PPM, servicing, and breakdown
• Reporting back to management on work completed with evidence on our PDA-based system
• To work well within a team or individually
• To risk assess work / working environments before starting any work to avoid injuries, and undertake all work in accordance with Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998
• To identify materials and parts required to carry out repairs to the set company standard
• To keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy at all times, always wear the correct uniform and dispose of any waste in accordance with company / HSE regulations
