Job description

Marketing Coordinator

Acts Housing is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced, mission-driven marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage website updates, coordinate swag and collateral, support events, and help collect and share powerful family stories.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who thrives on variety, loves staying organized, and wants to grow in nonprofit marketing.

What You Will Do :

  • Maintain and update our WordPress website and Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages
  • Keep mailing lists clean and organized
  • Support event logistics, materials, and marketing requests
  • Manage marketing inventory and swag fulfillment
  • Coordinate storytelling efforts with families and staff
  • Assist with internal communications and partner support

What You Will Need :

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12 years in a marketing, communications, or agency support role, including internships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, and social media preferred
  • Familiarity with a CRM system
  • Ability to travel locally for events / interviews (~every 68 weeks)
