Travel Consultant

A company is looking for a Travel Consultant for its Global 24 Hour Emergency Desk.

Key Responsibilities

Provide travel assistance and support for emergency situations

Manage and resolve travel-related issues for clients, including VIP and international travelers

Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of travel agency experience

Strong knowledge of Sabre and Apollo systems

Experience with VIP and international travel

High school education level or equivalent

Ability to work overnight shifts
