Variant Scientist III

A company is looking for a Variant Scientist III to join its team.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform variant interpretation using an in-house genetic evidence system to generate clinical reports

Analyze and interpret clinical and genetic information from various sources

Develop and curate genetic content for a range of genetic disorders to support operations

Required Qualifications :

Ph.D. in Life Sciences with 1 year of variant interpretation experience, or

Master's degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience

Experience in a CLIA diagnostic laboratory and knowledge of next-generation sequencing is preferred

Experience in cardiology and / or neurology is a plus
