Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Japanese Bilingual)

We are a growing law firm specializing in various areas such as business, immigration, civil litigation, real estate, trust and estate planning and employment law.

We are looking for a legal assistant and / or paralegal. Experience in the legal field is not required.

We are an expanding firm, so there are ample opportunities of promotion to paralegal, accounting manager, or other positions depending on performance and skills.

Requirements :

• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Previous administrative / office work experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc .
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, stay organized, and work under pressure
• Strong customer service skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
