Job Description

Our position identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of the market, merchant / retailer operations and CMS products and services. Make sales presentations to prospects informing them of the benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Negotiates contracts with prospects with only general guidance from leadership. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales. Manages the on-going account relationship with existing customers. Establishes and maintains internal relationships. Establishes and maintains good public relationships with the community to enhance the organization's image and develop new business.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Nine or more years of product sales experience

Ability to travel

Preferred Skills / Experience

Excellent marketing and business development / sales skills

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills

General understanding of armored carrier services and processes

Basic knowledge of smart safe technology, change order sales, and merchant cash sales

Solid understanding of contract language

Strong foundation in use of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce and SharePoint

Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

Expert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues, and organization operations

Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance

Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation or meeting expectations with Clients (3) or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
