Aftermarket Sales Representative

Position Objective : The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the company's air filtration products within the aftermarket segment. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, end users, and key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support. The representative will utilize product knowledge and market insight to promote solutions that meet customer needs, while achieving sales targets and supporting the company's overall strategic objectives. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who can operate effectively in a competitive, technical sales environment.
Key Accountabilities :
Work with Regional Sales Managers to find and develop strategic filter accounts.
Create an easy sales path for Dealer Network to sell AFM Filter.
Create account schemes and follow up activities to ensure proper customer touch points.
Communicates regularly with the external regional sales managers, to ensure team success.
