    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior sales or insurance experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and auditory).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential clients.

    • Licensing Requirements :

  • Property & Casualty License (must be obtained after hire).
  • Life & Health License (must be obtained after hire).

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about coverage options.
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Participate in collaborative team meetings and ongoing training.
  • Maintain a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.

    • What We Offer :

  • Competitive Compensation : $45,000$85,000 per year (salary + commission / bonus).
  • Sign-On Bonus : For already licensed professionals.
  • Benefits Package : Includes Simple IRA, health insurance stipend, and paid time off.
  • Licensing Reimbursement : For licensing expenses after three months of employment.
  • Career Advancement : Opportunities to grow within the agency and participate in the Agent Aspirant Program for those looking to open their own State Farm Agency.

    • Office Hours : MondayThursday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM. Friday 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
