ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Maclean - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, youll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
