Job Description

We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, Go-To-Market to join our Mass Markets team! In this role, you will report directly to the Director, Marketing Operations

As the Marketing Operations Manager, Go-To-Market, your duties will include :

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure marketing readiness and or ongoing operational support for residential and small business programs, products, pricing, offers, and strategies are launched in market
  • Develop operational plans that position our teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Orchestrate each initiative across a wide array of teams including product marketing, pricing, IT, compensation, training, sales, operations, finance, legal, competitive intelligence and reporting and analytics to ensure our teams are ready and positioned for success
  • Ensure process assurance by tracking and providing operational program support as needed
  • Monitor program effectiveness by partnering with sales channels and provide this back to the product teams (iterative feedback loop)
  • Provide support in launching new or managing ongoing marketing tactics to sales and marketing teams with agile project management processes
  • Identify impacts of launch across the customer journey
  • Work with cross functional journey owners to document tactic flow and impact (includes Product / Development for prioritization)
  • Determine reporting processes; implement manual reporting as needed
  • Communicate status of program throughout to various audiences (written and orally)
  • Determine gaps and opportunities for efficiencies
  • Manage marketing programs from offer concept thru fulfillment to ensure process and / or revenue assurance. Will include multiple programs based on customer type, customer scenario (acquisition or retention), region, channel (digital, call center, face to face)
  • Implement and track programs that will enable marketing achievement of goals

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Program Management
  • 8+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience launching new programs, products, pricing and offers to sales channels
  • Cross-functional leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills
  • Ability to connect the dots across strategy, planning, execution and results; agile marketing
  • Process and detail orientation
  • Strong written communication and public speaking / presentation skills
  • Strong track record of establishing trusted relationships
