Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications
$2,000 Sign On Bonus!Remote hires not included, must be an in-office staff member.Salary range : $50,000-$70,000 / yearBased on experience, and educationSchedule (EST) : Mon 9a-7 : 30p;Tues 9a-8 : 30p (WFH); Wed 9a-8p; Thurs 9a-4p;Bachelor's degree.An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to : CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other statesMinimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.High comfort level with Technology : EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs / Sheets / Drive), mobile apps, etc.Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include : mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
