Schedule : M-F / 8AM to 5PM

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Support Analyst to join a healthcare-focused financial analysis team. This role will play a key part in evaluating financial and operational performance, guiding strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis, and identifying opportunities for cost improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide operational and financial analysis using data from various sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, develop proposals, and optimize current programs.
• Analyze cost control and cost management concerns, providing actionable recommendations.
• Conduct strategic and operational studies to support system performance improvements.
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of reporting data across tools and platforms.
• Support the implementation of new reporting or data systems and enhancements.
• Work with large data sets, utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel, Access, and Tableau.
