Requirements : 5 years Project Controls or Construction Management experience Project administration experience in the construction field Experience in project controls with a focus on cost planning, estimating, cost management, and scheduling Effective communication and facilitation skills, experience coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Strong strategic decision-making skills (based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints, and organizational values) Proven financial analytical skills (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, ROI discovery) Consultative problem-solving skills. MUST HAVE : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 5 years Project Controls or Construction Management experience Project administration experience in the construction field Experience in project controls with a focus on cost planning, estimating, cost management, and scheduling Proven financial analytical skills (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, ROI discovery) Consultative problem-solving skills.
