Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances / equipment in customers' homes
• Provide cost estimates for repairs / installations and collect payment for work performed
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain company vehicle and equipment
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements :

• 4+ years of experience as an Appliance Repair or Appliance Service Technician
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to learn new technology to complete daily work

Physical Demands :

The employee will occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
