Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with cold calling and setting appointments.
Knowledge of insurance is a plus but not required WE WILL TRAIN YOU.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on accounts to develop an understanding of the account’s business issues and other relevant information to plan for proactive calls
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers through call campaigns and proactive outreach
- Follow established sales process to identify new and cross / upsell opportunities, develop sales solutions, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while simultaneously fostering personal relationships with potential and existing customers nationwide
- Integrate all sales activities into CRM (Salesforce.com and Ring DNA) systems for timely, accurate reporting
- Exceed all sales and activity metrics assigned
Qualifications
- Insurance knowledge experience is a PLUS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and priority
- We are willing to train someone who is a fast learner.
