Position Type : Full-time Hybrid (B2B phone and face to face)
Job Description :
As a Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively generating leads, setting appointments, and acquiring clients within the designated territory of Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County in Michigan.
Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation :
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and leveraging online platforms.
Research and stay informed about local businesses and industries to identify opportunities.
- Appointment Setting :
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan for setting appointments with key decision-makers. Effectively communicate the value proposition of and tailor presentations to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Client Acquisition :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements. Present and negotiate contractual agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis :
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and client needs.
- Sales Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports to track sales performance and contribute to ongoing strategic planning.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience in B2B sale. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with the local business landscape in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County.
