Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Credit Associate to join their client's team in Texas. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to manage credit and collections processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve sales quotes and orders for compliance with credit terms.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
• Address and resolve billing disputes with customers.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and work to resolve payment issues.
• Send Notice of Intent letters across multiple states to customers, general contractors, and owners in compliance with credit policies, procedures, and lien laws to further efforts in payment collections.
• Update and notate customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
• Process lien waivers for customers as requested.
• Review and process warranties for customers.
• Adhere to company credit and collection policies, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

Three (3) years of relevant credit and / or collections experience with a strong understanding of collections procedures and techniques.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, First Shift.

Additional Details

Salary : $21 - $26 per hour
