Human Resources Business Partner

What you’ll bring (i.e. what skills / qualifications we’re looking for)

• Compliance & employment law expertise
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Expertise in theoretical and practical HR knowledge, including employment law and employee relations
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to lead projects and tasks to completion
• Able to maintain professionalism, positivity and confidentiality
• Experienced and skilled at working with and influencing a wide range of partners, including senior leaders, managers, as well as other HR teams
• Experience implementing people programs including performance coaching, employee relations, compensation, and continuous feedback process, HR compliance, and employee development / growth
• Curious and able to think outside the box on the future of work
• Analytically driven; experience in utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to root cause analysis

The salary range for this role is $140k to $190k for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees. Other benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and 90% coverage on medical, vision and dental insurance.
