We are looking for an experienced Bartender to run our busy bar. The Ideal candidates should have strong bar experience, food and beverage knowledge and can work well under pressure in a high-volume environment. Our Bartenders must be very personable, patient, organized, have a passion and enthusiasm for Italian wines and spirits, detail oriented and accurate with money.

Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve our signature cocktails with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all bar patrons.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and complete end-of-day reconciliation.
• Support servers by assisting with table orders during peak times.
• Follow all beverage recipes precisely for both bar and dining room service.
• Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
