California Licensed Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle payroll processing using ADP

Manual payroll calculations including overtime, final pay, and PTO payouts

Reviewing timecards and ensuring accurate hours for salaried and hourly employees

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Deep understanding of payroll fundamentals and state labor laws

Experience with high-volume payroll environments

ADP experience is strongly preferred
