Client Success Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of client success, account management, or related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding, retention, and client engagement programs
Background in client success management in the protein / meat packing industry or adjacent to it
Experience developing structured client referral initiatives (NPS-based, preferred)
Self-awareness, humility, and strong attention to detail
Willing to live and work in Austin, Texas
Client Success Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Prior experience in legal services, workforce solutions, or professional services environments
Knowledge of immigration visa programs (H-2, TN, EB-3, H-1B, J-1)
Proven ability to build long-term relationships while identifying growth opportunities
Experience leading client onboarding processes and configuring CRM portals
Background in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams
Ability to analyze client satisfaction metrics and proactively address risk of churn
