Finance : Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary :

The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial operations, investor relations, capital raising, and corporate strategy. This individual must have a proven track record in investment banking, Wall Street finance, Big 4 audit, and executive-level leadership at publicly traded companies . A strong background in digital healthcare is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial insight, deep capital markets expertise, and experience navigating the complexities of a publicly listed company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.
• Capital Markets & Fundraising : Lead equity and debt financing activities, including IPO readiness, secondary offerings, and private placements.
• Public Company Compliance & Reporting : Oversee SEC filings, SOX compliance, and financial reporting to ensure adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Investor Relations : Serve as a primary liaison with Wall Street analysts, Institutional investors, Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and industry stakeholders to communicate the company's financial performance and strategic vision.
• Mergers & Acquisitions : Identify and execute M&A and LBO opportunities, strategic partnerships, and licensing deals to accelerate growth and expand the company's portfolio.
• Operational & Risk Management : Implement financial controls, risk mitigation strategies, and operational efficiencies to optimize financial performance.
• Executive Leadership & Corporate Governance : Partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to shape corporate strategy and drive financial decision-making.

Key Qualifications :

15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
