Compensation for associates ranges from $140,000 to $215,000, depending on the candidate's years of practice and experience. Annual performance-based bonuses are also available.
The firm supports a hybrid work model and provides an annual telecommute budget to facilitate remote work. The billable hour requirement is 1850 hours. Attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) plan with partial match, and are eligible for both discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
