Position Summary

This is a dynamic position on the Clinical Platform Solutions Team supporting the implementation of Value Based Delegation arrangements on Aetna's clinical applications.

This individual will support strategic direction set for the team and manage complex projects and or programs (e.g., national in scope, multi-segment) on behalf of business stakeholders by acting as a liaison with Information Technology (IT) and Business Operations, seeing the strategy through to implementation.

This individual Influences all stake holders to support key projects / programs to ensure business requirements are translated into system capabilities for positive outcomes that deliver on results.

The role manages and oversees all facets of projects including objective setting, planning, prioritization, consultation with business stakeholders, progress tracking, implementation, status updates and communication, etc.

Collaborates with cross project teams, translates business requirements to technical teams and systems architects to meet the business objective(s).

Employs project management disciplines and methodologies to drive process improvement activities, negotiates resources / time to ensure end-state projects are delivered timely and applies critical thinking to identify, develop and vet win-win solutions in collaboration with business partners.

Exhibits flexibility to adjust to tight deadlines and changing project requirements. Prepares documentation to support all phases of projects (planning, tracking, communications, etc.

This individual will also support post implementation activities for a set of Delegated Providers.

Required Qualifications

Managed Healthcare / Insurance industry experience

Project management experience.

Proven presentation & communication skills.

Ability to think big picture and understand impacts of individual project work on other teams, systems, and business strategy.

Familiar with agile or other software development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Rally

Microsoft tools - excel, PPT

Comfortable presenting to various levels across the organization

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$67,900.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
