Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative , you'll be on the front line of our growth engine. Your mission : create qualified pipeline by connecting with prospects, uncovering their needs, and setting sales-ready meetings that drive revenue. You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to fuel our 34x pipeline coverage goal and play a critical role in the launch of altaFlow .

This is the perfect role if you're ambitious, curious, and motivated to build a career in high-tech sales. You'll gain exposure to enterprise buyers, sharpen your outbound and demand generation skills, and have a clear career path to Account Executive.

What You'll Do :

  • Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts through email, phone, and social.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly and thoroughly to ensure fast SLA response.
  • Set sales-qualified appointments that convert into pipeline and revenue.
  • Experiment with messaging and outreach tactics to optimize results.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns, share insights, and improve lead quality.
  • Track and manage all activity in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing work.
  • Strong research and communication skills; business acumen.
  • A positive, ambitious mindset with a hunger to learn.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • $68,000 - $72,000 a year
