Part Time HR Coordinator

Your role as an HR Coordinator is crucial to the success of our organization.

HR Coordinators will provide the introduction to all drivers that are hired into Tower EV.

They play a key role in communicating the company culture and policies while ensuring the onboarding documentation and training is managed effectively.

HR Coordinators will bridge the gap between the recruitment team and the operations team to ensure driver experience is streamlined as they enter the company.

• HR Coordinator Department : EV Operations Reports to : EV Operations Managers & EV Supervisors Pay Rate : $19hr  Overtime Rate : $28.50 Key Responsibilities : HR Coordinators must be able to perform all of the essential functions listed below, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

New Hire Documentation Take trainings conducted by the HR department to stay up to date on new-hire documents, company policies etc.  Stay up to date with labor laws that directly apply to Tower EV operations; Break & Overtime laws.

Deal with stress associated with a fast-paced work environment and multiple priorities / tasks.  Make judgment decisions and adapt to changing situations, grasp and apply new ideas, communicate with various team members at all levels and have the ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions.

Schedules may be adjusted anytime to meet the needs of the operations but the management will work with you to find a balanced and predictable schedule when possible.  Communication Channels :
