The Firm provides services across various fields, including M&A, tax, credit, banking, energy, and litigation.
The Firm is seeking a
Assistant Vice President of Business Development
with a background in B2B Corporate Sales and Lead Generation who can deliver multiple quality meetings weekly. This is a Hybrid position working with a tight-knit team of individuals in their downtown Houston office, 3-4 days a week onsite.
Highlights :
- Base Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
- Bonuses : Performance / Firm Based - Typically between 20-50% of Base with No Cap!!!
- Equity : Awarded after 12 Months of strong performance. (Firm is 100% Employee Owned)

$200,000+ for top performers
Qualifications :
- 2-5 Years Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience sales in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Relationship Management experience, preferably in Private Equity or M&A focused markets
- Experience with B2B Corporate Sales, Lead Generation and Business Development
- Heavy Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Relationship Management (Cold Calling, Email, Meeting Follow-ups)
- Hungry, Driven, Polished, and Presentable are critical traits.
- Ties to the Houston Markets are a plus.
