Job Description

As a Pricing Associate, you will be responsible for managing client and vendor information, pricing, and resolving inventory discrepancies. This role requires accuracy and efficiency in handling data and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle accurate and timely inventory management.
• Enter data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process billing or credits promptly after thorough research and obtaining management approval.
• Operate various computer systems proficiently, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Develop a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.
• Stay updated on new products and services as required by the company and vendors.
• Utilize the Standard Reporting process to generate and provide reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors to address order-related questions or issues.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.

Work Environment

This position is part of the paper / pulp team and operates Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. There is flexibility for later shifts, especially for west coast operations, from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM. The first 90 days involve in-office training, with the potential to move to a team lead role afterward. The position offers a hybrid work option of up to 3 days a week. The office is located at 525 Enterprise, spanning two floors full of offices. Employees receive a $200 gift card for WSI clothing upon hiring, with a $100 gift card annually thereafter. Raises are provided at 6, 12, and 18-month intervals, with yearly cost of living adjustments after two years.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
