Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP) On Call Overnights / Evenings

As a Direct Support Professional , you'll play a key role in supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals, enhance their independence, and be an active part of their community. You'll work directly with participants in their homes and out in the community, helping them with day-to-day tasks and building meaningful connections.

What's the job like?

Personal Care : Provide respectful, professional support with daily living tasks such as eating, mobility, bathing, toileting, changing, and other hygiene needs.

Overnight Support : Monitor and assist participants during overnight hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and any necessary personal care throughout the night.

Empowerment : Support independence by encouraging self-determination and goal-setting.

Community Integration : Assist participants in building social skills and accessing community resources.

Compassion : Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of our participants, building strong relationships and making a difference.

• Experience : CNA experience is a plus, but not required - we provide thorough training for the right person!

Qualifications :
