Job Description :
Our Client is in the process of Modernization within their IT space (Data, Infrastructure, Automation / AI, Applications, etc…). As a part of this focus, they want to bring in a high level resource who can drive the IT Service Delivery, and optimize the use of their data to help the IT Teams better serve the business going forward as they continue to modernize.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT services across business units, ensuring performance, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain service catalogs, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational-level agreements (OLAs).
- Monitor service performance metrics and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Implement and improve ITIL / Service Management frameworks : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management.
- Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and escalation paths.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive process maturity and reduce service disruptions.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary IT liaison for business units, ensuring service alignment with operational and strategic goals.Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, including service reviews, performance updates, and improvement roadmaps.Capture and drive resolution of service-related needs, pain points, and enhancement requests..
