The Technology Portfolio Manager at CoverMyMeds LLC is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the strategic alignment, delivery, and performance of a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the company's overall business objectives and drive innovation in healthcare.

Job Responsibilities :

• Portfolio Strategy & Planning : Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology portfolio roadmap, aligning with CoverMyMeds' strategic goals and business priorities. Facilitate the prioritization and selection of new technology initiatives, considering resource availability, risk, and potential impact.
• Program & Project Oversigh t : Provide high-level oversight and governance for all projects and programs within the assigned technology portfolio. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to established methodologies and standards.
• Stakeholder Communication & Management : Act as a primary liaison between technology teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. Communicate portfolio status, key decisions, risks, and benefits effectively to diverse audiences.
• Resource Management : Collaborate with functional managers to ensure appropriate resource allocation and capacity planning across portfolio initiatives. Identify and address resource constraints and conflicts.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the technology portfolio. Generate regular reports on portfolio health, progress, and value realization for executive review.
• Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve portfolio management processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across the technology portfolio, developing mitigation strategies and escalation plans.
