The Technology Portfolio Manager at CoverMyMeds LLC is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the strategic alignment, delivery, and performance of a portfolio of technology initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the company's overall business objectives and drive innovation in healthcare.

Job Qualifications
Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) or related experience, and typically requires 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, or portfolio management within a technology-focused environment. 3+ years of experience specifically managing a technology portfolio, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Technical Skills : Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology infrastructure concepts. Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Planview, Clarity PPM).
Leadership & Communication : Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical & Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable technology initiatives.
