Title : Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a hybrid basis (3 days onsite).

The ideal candidate will come from a mid-size software company background, possessing extensive experience in manufacturing systems.

This individual will demonstrate a strong understanding of software, widgets, and B2B messaging processing, coupled with exceptional business and technical acumen that goes beyond traditional requirements gathering.

The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects by conducting thorough unit testing and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing of software applications, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to manufacturing systems, software development, and business analysis.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g.

CBAP, PMP) are a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a mid-size software company, with a focus on manufacturing systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their application in business analysis.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
