Advanced Care Specialist

A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide patients through their services using a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Send letters to patients when contact cannot be made and respond to emails regarding patient needs

Communicate with patients and internal teams to ensure proper order processing and delivery

Identify trends in processes to improve efficiency and assist in achieving departmental goals

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service roles

Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one (1) year of exact job experience

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
