Job description

Technical / Functional Skills

Azure DevOps (ADO), SQL, AZure Data Factory, Data Bricks

Experience Required

  • Candidate with minimum 5+ yrs of ETL testing experience.
  • Experience in ETL automation using any programming knowledge
  • Experience in using CI / CD pipelines for testing
  • ETL testing experience in validating data pipelines
  • Azure Data Factory and Data Bricks experience
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • &nb sp;Good experience in Test data creation and management
  • Good in communication, Agile & QA process
  • Experience in understanding stored procedures

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirements review and analysis.
  • Design test cases and queries to perform ETL validations as per the changes / updates
  • Test data creation and management Understand stored procedures to validate the transformations and its accuracy
  • Coordinating / guiding the team to visualize, strategize and perform ETL testing
  • Manage and report defects followed in Azure DevOps.
  • Daily work management using Azure Devops (. Tasks, traceability, test plan).
  • Cross validation of source to target data tables.
  • Cross validation of data among different data sources.
  • Integration and E2E testing among different upstream projects.
  • Understanding conventional and cloud testing strategies to be aligned to the application enhancements
  • Communicate and coordinate the integration testing with different programs
  • Working in an agile team and delivering the team goals
