🛠️ Live-In On-Site Maintenance Technician – Evergreen Property (El Cajon, CA) Hourly Rate :

• $25.00 / hour - $33.00 / hour (depending on level) Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM Location : Evergreen Park Apartments (El Cajon, CA) Job Type : Full-Time | Non-Exempt Important Notes : The incumbent MUST live on-site at our Evergreen property (details below).

• We're currently seeking an experienced, well-rounded Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Evergreen and Mollison properties , our modern apartment community in El Cajon, CA .
• This is a dedicated, on-site role at where the incumbent will live on-site at our Evergreen property and serve our Evergreen and neighboring Mollison properties - not a roving position.
