Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating memorable experiences? The Oregon Garden Resort is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our warm, welcoming team! If you have a positive attitude, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Greeting guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
• Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations
• Providing guests with information about the hotel and surrounding area
• Processing payments and keeping accurate records
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Keeping the front desk area clean and organized
• Working closely with other departments to ensure top-notch service
