Job descriptionGrowth Opportunities Great Pay Excellent Benefits Analyze market trends and share insights with internal teams Stay current on product offerings, competitor activity, and industry developments Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations Expand sales within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities Address customer concerns and convert prospects into loyal clients Present product features, pricing, and terms; prepare quotes and sales documentation Cultivate referral networks to generate new leads Maintain accurate records of sales activity, expenses, and client interactions Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems preferred Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
