Patient Care Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator for our VA Murray Operations. In this position you will be responsible for contacting all patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner.
Pay starting at $17.75 plus a Quarterly Bonus opportunity
- Mon - Fri 8 hour scheduled shift within 7am - 7pm
- Work From Home after successful completion of IN OFFICE TRAINING and are meeting expectations with management approval
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately transcribes patient profile over telephone including data entry of information and possible outbound callingObtains medically necessary documentationProcesses patient orders through Online Pharmacy systemResolves tracking issues and reschedules shipping orders for patientsTroubleshoots problems based on patient input regarding the scope and / or magnitude of failureVerifies orders are completePerforms other duties as assignedEmployment is contingent on

High school diploma or GED equivalentOne to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environmentExperience in medical field and administrative record managementStrong customer service backgroundSkills, Knowledge and Abilities
