Responsibilities :

Conduct property tours and showcase our vacant units, highlighting the unique features and benefits of living in our communities.

Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage with potential tenants, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the leasing process.

Foster positive relationships with existing residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and collaborate with the management team to implement effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in computer software applications (e.g., MS Office, property management software).

Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective tenants' schedules.

Familiarity with property management software, specifically Appfolio, is not required but is preferred, as we embrace technology to enhance our leasing and management processes.

Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
