Specialist, Cloud Engineer

Your Opportunity

The Cloud Specialist Engineer will work closely with other cloud engineers and internal / external customers to provide and maintain cloud solutions. This position requires some hands technology experience and ability to test / validate, troubleshoot and implement solutions engineered by peers.

What you're good at

• Looking at the big picture, understanding the customer ask, and delivering timely troubleshooting details to the customer
• Building reference materials to help cross train and serve peers and peer organization support needs
• Understanding of technology concepts and tools, especially applied to cloud solutions
• Problem solving and analytic skills to effectively address the needs of customers
• Self-motivated, solutions oriented and pro-active.
