Technical Project Lead

Position Overview

Lead cross-functional engineering teams in the development of embedded systems and electronic products, leveraging a strong technical background in hardware and firmware to drive successful project execution. This role combines project management expertise with technical leadership to ensure the effective delivery of complex engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead multiple concurrent product development projects from concept to production.
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate technical and project risks.
• Drive critical technical decisions.
• Ensure project quality and timeline adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead design reviews and project status meetings.
