Salary Range : $180,000 - $210,000

Summary :

The Vice President of Marketing & Growth is responsible for architecting and leading Clarity Clinic's performance-driven marketing strategy. This executive role combines creativity and analytics to build scalable, data-informed systems that drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand expansion across all clinical programs.

This position oversees all growth-related marketing operations - digital, outreach, and referral - to ensure brand consistency, mission alignment, and compliance with healthcare advertising standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Strategic Growth Leadership

• Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy to drive measurable patient acquisition across psychiatry, therapy, TMS, and IOP / PHP programs.
• Build a predictable, performance-based marketing engine with clear CAC, LTV, and ROI goals tied to business outcomes.
• Forecast and model lead generation, conversion rates, and provider starts against clinic capacity and revenue targets.
• Partner with Operations, Clinical, and Executive teams to align growth initiatives with patient access and service line priorities.
