A company is looking for a Sales Consultant : Student Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed recruitment and retention KPIs

Conduct outreach to prospective students and assess their needs and goals

Drive enrolment conversions by managing student inquiries and providing ongoing support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher

1-2 years of experience in student enrolment, telemarketing, or a similar sales environment

Proficient in consultative sales techniques with a proven sales or contact centre background

Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strong drive to exceed targets

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs with a proven track record
