Overview :
We’re looking for an Account Operations Specialist to join our Marketplace Operations team. In this role, you’ll become the go-to expert for a specific area of the business (like apparel, footwear, supply, or freight) and help optimize operations, improve order efficiency, and support business decisions. You’ll provide clear, accurate data, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do :
- Monitor key performance metrics and operational data to improve service and business efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is available to support internal teams and external partners.
- Respond quickly to inquiries via email or phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Support operational projects, process improvements, and monthly goal-setting.
- Partner cross-functionally with planning, merchandising, finance, and execution teams.
What We’re Looking For :
2–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service .Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills .Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable multitasking and supporting multiple teams as needed.Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, or Finance experience is a bonus.Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Soft Skills That Will Help You Succeed :
