Job description

We have reopened the CRNA Locum need with hospital.

REQUIREMENTS : Certified CRNA; ACLS, BLS.

LICENSE RESTRICTION : Active IL license is required.

SCHEDULE : Schedule consists of four 10-hour days, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 7a-5p, pending credentialing and payer enrollment.

PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION IS REQUIRED.

Certified CRNA

IL License Active Highly preferred

BLS Certification - Required

ACLS Certification - Required

Drive-in candidates only Required

Availability per request - Required

Clean and easy-to-credential candidates Highly Preferred

PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY - Required
